ACTION REQUESTED: Discussion
purpose
PURPOSE & ACTION: CMAP staff will brief members on the agency’s recent and ongoing to work to coordinate economic strategies across northeastern Illinois. This includes an ongoing regional assessment with a national strategic planning firm, TIP Strategies, as well as a partnership with the Brookings Institution, with support from the Searle Funds at The Chicago Community Trust. Members will discuss refinements to the agency’s programmatic focus moving forward.
