4.02 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) update  
PURPOSE & ACTION: Staff will present on the Regional Transportation Plan. The RTP will serve as the  
long-term blueprint for how the region invests in and improves its transportation system over the  
coming decades. The plan, which is due in October 2026, is anticipated to be available for public  
comment from June 12 to July 31.
