PURPOSE & ACTION: CMAP recently released a report, titled “Speed Management: Addressing our regional traffic safety crisis.” An overview of the findings will be presented, including the role of speeding in regional traffic safety and recommendations for CMAP and its partners, to address the issue of speeding through design, policy, education, and equitable enforcement.
