PURPOSE & ACTION: The Cook County Assessor’s Office GIS data is available at no cost but requires a resolution by the board that authorizes the executive director to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with Cook County Assessor’s Office to access GIS data for tax years 2025 through 2027.
