ACTION REQUESTED: Information

purpose

PURPOSE & ACTION: The National Performance Management Measures and the PM3 regulation requires each MPO serving a transportation management area (TMA) with a population over 1,000,000 that includes a nonattainment or maintenance area to develop a CMAQ Performance Plan to support the implementation of the CMAQ measures. CMAP staff will provide an updated on the plan for the 3rd Performance Period which is due October 1, 2026.
