purpose
PURPOSE & ACTION: CMAP staff had previously planned to bring potential changes for the Inclusive Growth and Disadvantage Community scoring criterion. No changes are proposed for the Inclusive Growth for the FFY 2028-2032 CMAQ & TAP-L call for projects. The points for Disadvantage Community will be placed on the Cost Effectiveness of the Air Emissions Reduced score.
