purpose
PURPOSE & ACTION: CMAP is developing a new regional vision for northeastern Illinois - The Century Plan - and listening to voices across government, civic spheres, business, and communities on what the region will need to thrive by midcentury. It will serve as our “north star” and define what we must do together, why it matters to the region, and provide policy guidance on how we get there. The committee will receive an update on the plan's development and hear about notable challenges and opportunities that are emerging as priorities for regional coordination.
