purpose
PURPOSE & ACTION: To support the agency's efforts to pursue equity and inclusive growth, CMAP initiated an Equitable Engagement Pilot Program that focuses specifically on the inclusion of community, non-profit, and grass roots organizations representing marginalized communities in the regional planning process. The program design phase of the project is almost complete, and the recruitment phase is set to begin at the end of May. Staff will provide an overview of the program, including the program’s goals, design, and recruitment plan.
