ACTION REQUESTED: Information
purpose
PURPOSE & ACTION: Periodic review of the by-laws is necessary to continue to align with federal and state laws and accurately reflect the work of the organization. Feedback was sought from the Board at their May 10, 2023 and June 14, 2023 meetings. Staff was directed to work with one member representing Cook, City, and the collar counties and refine proposed amendments to the board by-laws. Proposed revisions have been prepared by counsel based on feedback from those representatives.
