PURPOSE & ACTION: The attached memo presents the recommendation that no changes be made to the CMAQ, TAP-L or CRP fund methodology for the FFY 2026 - 2030 program development cycle. Staff will be working on updating the underlying data used in the evaluation process over the next six months.
